All seats are allotted through UP-NEET counseling conducted by DGME UP/UP State Government as per the merit secured in UNDER GRADUATE – NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG-NEET).Eligibility
Age limit
The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December (as per NEET Brochure) i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S.

1. At the time of Counselling after allotment of the college the demand draft of the Tuition Fees Rs. 16,50,000/- in the name of Director General, Medical Education & Training, UP, payable at Lucknow will be deposited at the Nodal Centre.
2. All fee other than tuition fee will be deposited in college.
3. Miscellaneous Fees will be deposited in the form of Cash/Cheque every year.
4. After submission of D.D. of Tuition Fee in the Nodal Centre and after completion of counselling student will visit to the college on the same day and submit He/She Hostel Fees, Security Money and Miscellaneous Fees. Students will also fill the admission form and complete He/She admission process in the college on the same day.

Other Terms & Conditions
1. Fee every year to be deposited latest by 30 June otherwise a fine of Rs. 1000/- per day will be charged.
2. One year compulsory internship from the institute has to be completed.
3. Security money will be refunded only after successful completion of the course with Internship.
4. Security money will not be returned in the following conditions:
* If any student found indulged in any indiscipline activity or violation of rules & regulations of the Institute, he/she may be allowed to continue his/her study but security money may be for feited.
* In case of withdrawal of his/her admission either from the 4.5 years MBBS course or one year compulsory rotatory Internship his/her security money will be for feited.
5. In case of withdrawal from MBBS course, the candidate has to deposit college fees for the remaining period.
6. **Mess charges are subject to prevailing market rates.
7. Lab Manual Charges, University Examination Fee will be charged additionally.
8. Students are advised not to deposit Cash in the above mentioned Bank Account. If He/She do so that money cannot claimed by student.
